Bright red Italian peppers, carefully chosen for their size and appearance. Firstly they are hollowed out and then they are stuffed by hand with a delicious filling of tuna and capers. They have an intense aroma which is slightly spicy and ideal to be served as an hors d’oeuvre or cold buffet treat or with fish dishes.

Wild berries in syrup
A mix of berries including blueberries, raspberries, red currants and blackberries picked when ripe and selected for their texture and size, preserved in their own juice with the addition of a little brown sugar, not to lose their natural freshness and fragrance.
