1. Crush the aromatic herbs in a mixer and flavour the salt with them.
2. Cut the potato in to cubes of around 1.5 cm and cook in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
3. Make up a bamboo skewer alternating the onions with the potato cubes.
4. Drizzle oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with the herb flavoured salt.
5. Cook in the oven for 4 minutes at 210 °C.
