How to prepare it

- Season the scallops with truffle powder, oil, salt and pepper.
- Grill them 1 minute per side, until golden brown.
- Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 40 minutes.
- Once cooked, peel them and blend them with a little fresh cream until smooth.
- Spread the potato cream on the bottom of the plate, arrange the scallops on top.
- Garnish with chopped hazelnuts and a sprinkling of truffle powder.
