How to prepare it

  • Season the scallops with truffle powder, oil, salt and pepper.
  • Grill them 1 minute per side, until golden brown.
  • Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 40 minutes.
  • Once cooked, peel them and blend them with a little fresh cream until smooth.
  • Spread the potato cream on the bottom of the plate, arrange the scallops on top.
  • Garnish with chopped hazelnuts and a sprinkling of truffle powder.
