Baked potato with salmon cream, green apple slices and walnut kernels

How to prepare it

- Wrap each whole potato in foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about an hour, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Once cooked, cut each potato lengthwise. Carefully scoop out a little of the pulp.
- In a small bowl, mix the extracted pulp with the salmon cream, butter, a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Fill the potato cavities again with the mixture you just prepared.
- Cut the green apple into thin slices and sprinkle them with a few drops of lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
- Serve the potatoes garnished with the green apple slices and roughly chopped walnut kernels.
