Creme caramel with mango in syrup and savory crumble

How to prepare it

- Bring the milk to a boil. Add the contents of the crème caramel packet and stir for 5 minutes. Pour into molds of your choice and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- For the savory crumble, mix the butter (at room temperature), flour, sugar and salt until well combined.
- Place the mixture on baking paper.
- Roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of ½ cm.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Let it cool and then break it up with your hands.
- Unmold the crème caramel onto a plate and arrange the savory crumble and mango in syrup on top.
