Creme caramel with mango in syrup and savory crumble

  • Creme caramel
    1 sachet
  • Mango in syrup
    10 slices
  • Flour 00
    100 gr
  • Granulated sugar
    100 gr
  • Butter
    100 gr
  • Milk
    1 lt
  • Salt
    10 gr
How to prepare it

  • Bring the milk to a boil. Add the contents of the crème caramel packet and stir for 5 minutes. Pour into molds of your choice and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • For the savory crumble, mix the butter (at room temperature), flour, sugar and salt until well combined.
  • Place the mixture on baking paper.
  • Roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of ½ cm.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool and then break it up with your hands.
  • Unmold the crème caramel onto a plate and arrange the savory crumble and mango in syrup on top.
