Savoy cabbage pie stuffed with black rice, red cabbage pesto and ginger

How to prepare it

- cook the potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes, peel and blend them with a little cream until you obtain a smooth mixture
- blanch the cabbage leaves in salted water
- cook the rice in salted water for forty minutes
- drain and combine it with the red cabbage pesto & ginger
- using some molds, stuff the cabbage leaves with the rice and bake them at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
- cook the prawns, seasoned them with salt, pepper and oil, in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes
- arrange the potato cream on a plate. Place the cabbage pie on top, followed by the prawns
- serve
