Savoy cabbage pie stuffed with black rice, red cabbage pesto and ginger

  • large savoy cabbage leaves

  • black brown rice
    160 gr
  • red cabbage pesto & ginger
    200 gr
  • prawns
    4
  • potatoes
    200 gr
  • cream
    50 gr

How to prepare it

  • cook the potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes, peel and blend them with a little cream until you obtain a smooth mixture
  • blanch the cabbage leaves in salted water
  • cook the rice in salted water for forty minutes
  • drain and combine it with the red cabbage pesto & ginger
  • using some molds, stuff the cabbage leaves with the rice and bake them at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
  • cook the prawns, seasoned them with salt, pepper and oil, in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes
  • arrange the potato cream on a plate. Place the cabbage pie on top, followed by the prawns
  • serve
