How to prepare it

1. Heat the tacos for a few minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees

2. Insert a drizzle of cream cheese into the tacos with a piping bag.

3. After seasoning the tuna tartare with oil, salt and pepper, place it inside the tacos.

4. Complete with lemon pearls and drops of squid ink, using a piping bag.
