Veal meatloaf

  • Minced beef
    400 g
  • Sliced pancetta coppata
    150 g
  • Chicory Puntarelle
    200 g
  • 4 cheese cream
    4 spoons
  • Salt and pepper
    To taste
How to prepare it
20 minutes
1. Knead the minced beef seasoned with salt and pepper
2. With the help of a rolling pin, flatten the meat on a sheet of parchment paper.
3. Spread with the cream cheese.
4. Place the chicory puntarelle in the centre.
5. Close it giving the classic shape of the meatloaf.
6. Cover with the slices of pancetta coppata.
