White pizza with broccoli cream and Cantabrian anchovy

How to prepare it
30 minutes
1. Season the pizza base putting in this order: the broccoli cream spreading it on the base, mozzarella, sausage,
crumb of bread, a pinch of oregano and a pinch of pepper.
2. Bake.
3. When cooked, add the Cantabrian anchovy fillets and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
