1. Grill the sausage until it is half cooked and leave to cool.
2. In a bowl mix the sausage broken into small pieces with the onions.
3. Roll out the pizza dough to obtain a smooth disc.
4. Cover only half of the disc with the tuma cheese, leaving a couple of centimetres from the edge free, distribute the sausage, the onions and the turnip tops.
5. Close the calzone matching the edges and sealing well.
6. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 6 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
