How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 40 minutes
1. Prepare the shanks according to the instructions on the packet.
2. After cooking let them rest for about 5 minutes.
3. Sauté the drained artichokes with extra virgin olive oil on a high heat and add the chopped aromatic herbs.
4. Plate up placing the shank on the bed of artichokes. Garnish with the olives.

Grilled artichokes quarter
