    to taste
How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 15 MINUTES
1. Arrange the dough in a circular dish and press with the fingertips to flatten.
2. Spread the pecorino sauce and fill with the diced fior di latte cheese.
3. Add the asparagus tips.
4. Cook at 220 °C for around five minutes.
5. After cooking garnish with dabs of almond sauce.
