1. Soften the dried sausage in the must.
2. Mince the beef and the sausage in a mincer.
3. Mince a second time adding the mushrooms, egg, parmesan, nutmeg and freshly ground black pepper to the mixture.
4. If the mixture is too moist, incorporate the mashed potato preparation.
5. Leave to rest in the fridge for around one hour.
6. Shape the mixture into a meat loaf.
