  • 8 SAVORY HORNS UNFILLED
  • Pomopronto
    200 ml
How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 25 minutes
1. Reduce the tomato sauce on a low flame.
2. Season the pecorino sauce with the leaves broken into small pieces.
3. Fill the cannoncini with the pecorino sauce.
4. Plate up laying the cannoncini on the tomato sauce reduction.
5. Garnish with basil leaves and a sprinkling of pepper.
