How to prepare it

- Peel the celeriac and cut it into very thin slices using a mandolin or a potato peeler.
- Prepare a marinade by combining the apple cider vinegar, pink pepper, seed oil, salt, and chopped fresh dill.
- Immerse the celeriac in the marinade and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
- Alternate the smoked salmon slices and the marinated celeriac slices on a round plate.
- Decorate the composition with balsamic vinegar pearls.
- Arrange the strawberry pesto alongside the salmon slices.
