How to prepare it

  • Peel the celeriac and cut it into very thin slices using a mandolin or a potato peeler.
  • Prepare a marinade by combining the apple cider vinegar, pink pepper, seed oil, salt, and chopped fresh dill.
  • Immerse the celeriac in the marinade and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
  • Alternate the smoked salmon slices and the marinated celeriac slices on a round plate.
  • Decorate the composition with balsamic vinegar pearls.
  • Arrange the strawberry pesto alongside the salmon slices.
