How to prepare it

- Cover the potatoes with foil and bake them in the oven on coarse salt at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Peel, mash and mix them with flour, semolina, eggs, parmesan and spices.
- Form 1.5 cm cylinders, cut them into pieces and cook them in salted water.
- Cut the asparagus stalks into rounds and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil, finally adding the asparagus sauce.
- Stir the gnocchi into the sauce.
- Separately, brown the crumbled sausage until crispy.
- Plate the gnocchi with drops of fondue and sausage.
