How to prepare it

- season the thigh with salt and pepper
- toast it in a pan, skin side down, with a clove of garlic and oregano
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, the pepper drops, previously roughly chopped, the chilli pepper and enough extra virgin olive oil to create a fairly compact mixture
- As soon as the chicken skin is crispy and golden, remove it from the pan, place it on a baking tray and sprinkle the meat side with the previously prepared mixture
- finish cooking in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
