Roast chicken thigh crusted with sweet and sour red and yellow pepper drops

  • breadcrumbs
    160 gr
  • sweet and sour red pepper drops
    60 gr
  • sweet and sour yellow pepper drops
    60 gr
  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Garlic

How to prepare it

  • season the thigh with salt and pepper
  • toast it in a pan, skin side down, with a clove of garlic and oregano
  • In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, the pepper drops, previously roughly chopped, the chilli pepper and enough extra virgin olive oil to create a fairly compact mixture
  • As soon as the chicken skin is crispy and golden, remove it from the pan, place it on a baking tray and sprinkle the meat side with the previously prepared mixture
  • finish cooking in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
