Roasted ciabatta bread with boletus, Asiago cheese and caramelized sliced onions

  • ciabatta bread
    80 g
  • satuéed boletus mushrooms
    50 g
  • caramelized sliced onions
    50 g
  • asiago pdo cheese
    50 g
How to prepare it
Preparation time: 8 minutes.
1. Pre-heat the convection oven at 220 °C.
2. Cut the bread in half and toast it in the oven approximately for 2 minutes.
3. Layer boletus mushrooms and cheese on the lower half of the bread and bake in the oven for 1 minute.
4. Top the bread with onion slices and finally bake for another 30 seconds.
