1. Boil the paccheri in plenty of salted water
2. Heat the broccoli sauce in a large frying pan and add the raisins, pine nuts and sauté
3. Drain the pasta directly into the sauce with a little cooking water, add the saffron sauce and sauté until you get the right creaminess
4. Serve the dough and garnish with a taralli crumble
