- Bake the rolls at 180 degrees in a static oven for about 10 minutes
- Garnish the dish with drops of smoked pepper sauce and sprigs of rosemary
- Serve creating a base with pecorino romano sauce
- Take the rolls out of the oven, cut them in half and place them on the bed of pecorino sauce
- Finish the dish with a pouring of smoked pepper sauce on top
