How to prepare it

1. Drizzle both sides of the hamburger with evo oil and place on the hot griddle and cook until desired doneness
2. Toasting peppercorns in a pan.
3. Cut the bun and stuff with the lettuce, hamburger, green asparagus, pecorino romano sauce, pepper and almond in leaves
