How to prepare it

1. Cut celery
2. Cut the salmon into julienne strips
3. Coarsely chop chives and mix with yogurt, let stand in refrigerator 10 minutes
4. Cut the mini apples into wedges.
5. Compose the salad starting with the celery, adding the salmon, dressing with the creamy yogurt
6. Complete the dish with mini apple wedges.
