Porchetta salad
Ingredients to choose
For 1 serving portion
  • Hazelnuts
    To taste
  • Yogurt sauce
    2 spoons
  • Wild rocket
    a small bunch
  • Sweet and sour red cabbage
    2 spoons
  • Roman porchetta
    2 slices
How to prepare it
15 minutes
1. Wash and dry the rocket and cut it up and put it on a plate
2. Add the two tablespoons of marinated red cabbage
3. Add the porchetta previously cut into strips
4. Complete with some shelled hazelnuts
5. Season with the yogurt sauce and serve.
