1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
2. Boil the potatoes and pasta in plenty of salted water, for about ¾ of the cooking time.
3. Cool the potatoes and pasta quickly in iced water.
4. Pour the pasta and potatoes into a bowl and incorporate the rocket sauce and yellow tomatoes.
5. Toast the almonds in a pan, crush and add to the pasta salad mixing thoroughly.
