Sicilian beef Falsomagro
How to prepare it
15 minutes
1. Flatten the meat with a meat pounder to obtain a wide slice of even thickness.
2. Mince the mortadella and incorporate the grated caciocavallo and pistachio sauce, to obtain a firm compact mixture.
3. Spread the mixture onto the previously prepared slice and place the well drained yellow tomatoes in the centre.
4. Close with string.
