  • MIXED DRIED FRUIT
    60 g
  • EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    As required
  • SAUTEED MUSHROOMS MIX-7 VARIETIES

How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 7 minutes
1. Place the pastry in a round oven tray and flatten it with your fingertips.
2. Bake at 220°C for around four minutes, taking care not to allow the pastry to swell too much during baking.
3. Add the chopped mozzarella and the drained mushrooms.
4. Bake for a further two minutes. 
5. Garnish with hand chopped nuts.
