1. Pre-heat the convection oven at 220 °C.
2. Slice the bread about 1 cm thick.
3. Toast the slices in the oven, approximately 2 minutes.
4. Adorn the hot bread with Lardo d’Arnad and top with the chestnuts.
5. Garnish with chives.
