Pizza bread with donkey mortadella

  • Sweet and sour red cabbage

How to prepare it
30 minutes
1. Brush the pizza base with extra virgin olive oil and bake until golden brown.
2. Once out of the oven, spread the stracchino cheese.
3. Make small mountains of sweet and sour red cabbage and add tufts of songino.
4. Complete with the slices of donkey mortadella and serve.
