Lardo d’Arnad with chestnuts in honey on toasted rye bread

    220 g
  • Lardo d'Arnad (Cured meat)
    40 g
  • Chestnuts in honey
    25 g
  • Chives
    3.7 g
How to prepare it
Preparation time: 5 minutes.
1. Pre-heat the convection oven at 220 °C.
2. Slice the bread about 1 cm thick.
3. Toast the slices in the oven, approximately 2 minutes.
4. Adorn the hot bread with Lardo d’Arnad and top with the chestnuts.
5. Garnish with chives.
