Bread parcels with red chicory and walnuts

  • Bread dough
    200 g
  • Red Chicory Sauce
    110 g
  • Shelled Walnuts
    70 g
How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 25 minutes
1. Form small balls with the bread dough.
2. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough into an elongated shape.
3. Place a teaspoonful of red chicory sauce and a walnut kernel in the centre.
4. Bake at 220° for around 15 min.

Red chicory sauce
This sauce is prepared using carefully selected radicchio which is processed soon after picking not to lose its flavour and fragrance. The radicchio leaves are finely chopped and mixed with red wine, onions and sunflower seed oil.
