FRIED PIZZA WITH TURNIP TOPS

  • WHOLEMEAL PIZZA DOUGH
    ONE DISC
  • TURNIP TOPS SAUCE
    2 SPOONS
  • ROLLED BACON
    6 SLICES
  • SEMI-DRIED LONG TOMATOES
    50 g
  • CAMPANA BUFFALO MOZZARELLA
    TO TASTE
  • OREGANO
    TO TASTE
How to prepare it
Preparation time: 15 minutes
1. Roll out the pizza dough into a smooth disc, not too thin.
2. Deep fry in hot oil until completely golden.
3. Place the pizza on a serving plate and distribute the slices of pancetta, the chopped mozzarella and the semi-dried tomatoes on top.
4. Use a piping bag to garnish the pizza with clouds of turnip top cream.
