How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
1. Arrange the pastry in a circular oven dish and flatten it with your fingers.
2. Spread the salmon sauce and cover with the porcini mushrooms. 
3. Add the Burrata cheese, broken up with your fingers. 
4. Bake at 220°C for around five minutes. 
5. After baking garnish with more salmon sauce.

Creamy porcini mushrooms
This product which consists of portions of porcini mushrooms, selected for their colour and texture, mixed with a delicious cream can be used in a variety of recipes but it is particularly indicated for making delicious pizza toppings. The colour and texture of the mushrooms are not lost during cooking and the cream does not dampen pizza bases but gives o a rich mushroom fragrance giving any pizza an added touch of flavour. This product is perfect to use in sandwich fillings and in assorted cold canapés.
