  • WHITE VINEGAR
    100 ml
  • SUGAR
    50 g
  • 1 GUTTED RABBIT
  • GAETA OLIVES
    400 g
  • ROSEMARY
    as required
How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 150 minutes
1. Debone the rabbit
2. Cut the meat into thin slices and add the well drained olives
3. Marinate the meat with vinegar, sugar, rosemary leaves and black peppercorns

Recommendation for the final user: cook in a frying pan over a medium heat with extra virgin olive oil for 12 minutes. Halfway through cooking deglaze with ½ glass of white wine
