How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes
1. Knead the dough for a few moments on a lightly floured board.
2. Heat the barbecue grill until it is very hot.
3. Place the pizza on the grill and cook on both sides.
4. Rehydrate the freeze-dried shrimps in cold water.
5. When cooked, remove the pizza from the grill and dress the cold side with rocket sauce, anchovies and shrimps.
6. Place the pizza on the grill again for a few minutes and serve hot.
