  • FREEZE-DRIED SHRIMPS
    160 g
  • BROWN SUGAR
    50 g
  • HOT PAPRIKA
    as required
  • SALT
    as required
How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 25 minutes
1. Rehydrate the freeze-dried shrimps in cold water.
2. After rehydrating, dry the shrimps to remove all excess moisture.
3. Caramelize the brown sugar in a small pan with water.
4. Transfer the shrimps to the pan and coat them in the caramel.
5. Just before the caramel solidifies, dust the surfaces of the shrimps with paprika.
