1. Preheat the oven to 160°..
2. Drain the oil from the artichoke hearts and cut into slices.
3. Place the potatoes dressed garlic, rosemary and olive oil in an oven pan. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
5. Add the quartered artichokes and cook for another 10 minutes.
