A selection of the finest Porcini, Gallinacci, Brown Stew Fungi and Paddy Straw mushrooms, cut into slices and regularly shaped pieces , lightly sautéed in oil in a traditional way with parsley and garlic. Its rich flavour and intense aroma make it ideal to use in risottos, tagliatelle and polenta. Perfect as a side dish with meat dishes.
